Happy Conference Weekend!
One of my favorite conference traditions that we have faithfully followed these past two conferences is the making and eating of "screpes" - or square crepes. We have the perfect crepe griddle, but it's square, so we invented the term!
McKay is the official Crepe Chef and did a fabulous job this morning.

We dumped fresh berries and sugar on these delightful pastries and officially kicked off conference weekend.
OH I just LOVE crepes!! AND conference!! What a great tradition! I may just copy this here tradition starting next conference. ;)
